How Do You Define A Successful Career?

 

As we enter the business world, we strive for shorter hours, more money, and greater benefits to help us grow a family and enjoy our life outside of work. This never ending circle repeats itself with every generation. It’s not uncommon for people to be forced to leave from one career and enter another, while striving to rebuild what they thought was success. It’s with this in mind that we need to think about how to properly define a successful career.

The answer to that lies in the individual wants and goals of any person, and there’s not actual wrong answer. Here’s a few points of view that determine career success.

The Money Lover

To the person who loves their money, it isn’t about what your role is, or what company you work for, or even whether or not people like you. The ones that love money determine their career’s success simply based on how much they make in a year.
